Anthropic launched roughly ten pre-built AI agents for financial services at an invite-only event in New York on Tuesday.

The agents run on top of Claude Opus 4.7 and run either as plugins inside Claude's Cowork and Code environments or as fully managed autonomous agents on Anthropic's infrastructure.

Moody's is embedding its full platform inside Claude as a native app covering 600 million companies.

Microsoft 365 integration went generally available across Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

The announcement came one day after Anthropic unveiled a $1.5 billion joint venture with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs to deploy Claude into mid-market companies.

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon appeared onstage with Dario Amodei for the first time, calling the trillion-dollar AI buildout "worth every dollar."

In 48 hours, Anthropic announced:

• who would distribute Claude (the PE-backed joint venture),

• what they'd be distributing (ten vertical agents wired into the data sources banks already pay for),

• and got the single most influential banker alive to co-sign it from the same stage.

The sequence wasn't accidental, but a demo of the full stack.

The power shift is subtle but real.
